Teriyaki Pork Ribs

I love Asian food and I like to use this recipe from time to time.

Teriyaki Pork Ribs
1.5 lb. rack of ribs
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Lay out the ribs in a pan.

Mix together orange juice, oil, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

Add the garlic and ginger, and the brown sugar to the sauce.

Pour it over the ribs. You can let it marinade and take it out later to cook it. But I like to bake it right away in the sauce.

Cover it with tin foil and put it in an oven preheated to 300' F.

Every 1/2 hour turn the ribs over to cook in the juice.

Cook a total of 2 hours and remove from oven. Perfect!
