Here's some ideas for a Colours Booklet. My favourite is probably the Colours Collage Booklet. I thought that it turned out very nice. It'd probably be even better if you could laminate it. I put it on the kids' bookshelf when it was done and they pulled it out from time to time and looked through it- a great reminder even after you've moved on to other things!
